A robust personal and professional network begins with a strong foundation. And a strong foundation is built upon the enduring support of a valued community.

While much of the world has changed since our initial summer in 1987, our philosophy and goal has remained the same: to encourage the development of successful generations of Armenian professionals who feel connected and driven to give back to their community. This philosophy was instilled in the program through our founders, Vartkess and Rita Balian over 30 years ago and holds true to this day. Our program is tailored to bring together Armenian youth from different parts of the world for an unprecedented opportunity of networking and exposure to stimulating work environments to help shape their vocation. With complimentary activities geared at professional development and leadership training, each participant is left more confident of the path ahead.

As part of the world’s largest Armenian non-profit organization, participants benefit from international mentors, supervisors and community leaders. They are given the opportunity to not just explore, but truly live in, one of many high-profile international cities. Participants face new challenges with the support of a group of peers and a local Armenian community of mentors, which soon become the foundation of an invaluable global network.
